A fresh look and simple programming make Bodyclock Rise 100 the ideal choice if you're new to this type of light therapy. It has the essential 30-minute sunrise and sunset, plus a couple of popular customisations.
You have the choice of how bright you want your sunrise to be at time of waking. You can also set a nightlight option for the end of the sunset — great for kids.
Bodyclock Rise 100 is bright for reading, or it can emit a soft relaxing glow. As your room gets dark, the light-sensitive display switches off to help you switch off. Tap-control snooze is another nice touch.
Athletes from British Swimming and Cambridge University Boat Club have used Lumie Bodyclock to get them up bright and early for training on dark, winter mornings.

Refurbished products are generally returns that have been tested and repackaged here at Lumie. There may be very minor signs of use (e.g. light scratch to the product, damage to packaging) though often they are as good as new. Usual 3-year warranty and 45-day trial applies.
