Why can’t I get the sunset feature to work?
Before activating the sunset feature button, make sure that the light is turned on to full brightness. Once the light is at full brightness and the sunset has been activated, the light should slowly dim over the duration that you have selected.
Why isn’t the light switching off completely at the end of the sunset?
The nightlight feature may be switched on, meaning that the light will stay on at a low level throughout the night after the sunset has finished. You can switch this off within the settings menu by selecting ‘0’ next to the nightlight option.
Why does the sunset finish faster than the selected duration?
The sunset duration is relative to starting from full brightness. If you start your sunset from half brightness, it will take half the time to reach full darkness.
Why isn’t the tap snooze feature working?
If the tap snooze feature isn’t working when tapping the lamp cover, try to tap towards the bottom of your Bodyclock Spark 100. Often the bottom is more responsive (this can be either the front or back of unit) as this is where the vibration receptors are.
Does the display stay on during the night?
There is an option to keep the display on at a low light during the night so that the time is visible or alternatively, it can be switched off completely.
The light on my Bodyclock Spark 100 has started turning on and off by itself. What can I do to fix this?
It sounds like your Bodyclock Spark 100 may have accidentally been switched into 'demo mode'. This happens when the ‘+’ button is pressed and held for too long (approx. 20 seconds).
To exit this mode, you can press and hold the '-' button for approx. 20 seconds. You should see the display briefly flash.
